Another crazy weekend in Australia!

So this weekend has been a busy one. Been goin none stop and havin fun. Been hanging out alot with all the youth and sad about having to say goodbye to the 2 guys who went on there holiday vacation that i wont see until they return in 3 weeks. But i have done everything from goin on a motor-bike ride with my host to goin to see the new transformers movie with he youth group. Overall its been a good weekend and I'm still having fun.. Been a While

So its been a while since my last post.. but nothing too big has really been happening. Today is the start of the school holiday.. and tomorrow i lose 2 of my guys. and today there in school so hopefully ill be able to catch up with them when they get back. Im looking forward to a good holiday and having heaps of fun.. chat to ya soon!

No Sleep!!

Well its been a fun weekend.. spent alot of time hanging out with different parts of the youth and it has been a blast. Over the weekend the other interns and I spent time preparing an all nighter party that went from friday to saturday.. and I got about 2 hours sleep the whole time.. fun.. but totally not fun. any way. It was a great night of just hanging out and having some fun with some of the teens and getting a chance to just chat and play some games and talk about God. Its been heaps of fun and I was kinda sad to see the night end. But its ok because I'm looking to the future in hopes that the night has opened up doors for me to crawl through to really get to know and understand these kids lives. On sunday we got a chance to go to church where I did sunday school again and got to hang out with some of the younger kids. And at night we had a great small group meeting for the older kids where we sat and watched a sermon on dvd. I'm having heaps of fun and am sad that it may already be half over.. talk to you all soon. God Bless!!

Fire!!

Hey all, yesterday I went to see where the fires were.. it was one of the worst things I've ever seen. It was just a bunch of burnt trees and you would look one way and you would see a house and you would look right and it was just a heap of rubbish. It was amazing and horrible all at once. It was a life changing experience. Also on monday I got to go with my host family to the football game and celebrate the Queens birthday. It was an alright game even tho my team wasn't playing.  Also over the weekend I got to hang out and have some fun with a bunch of people. Well thats it for now.. I'll talk to you soon!!  

Gday

Hey all, I know its been a while since my last post, But its been pretty busy. Today was my day off and I just relaxed the whole day. It felt awesome. Over the week end i had heaps of fun, went to the footy. witch is Australian Rules Football. It's better than American Football! Go Cats!! Also I got to go to see the Planetshakers, it was a great service even though I came all this way to see a guy from Texas speak. haha.. well thats what I have been up to. so.. talk to you soon!

In Australia

G'day Mates,

Well its I have been in Melbourne for a few days now.. It has been a blast, learning the language, trying new food, driving on the wrong side of the road.. its been amazing. Right now I'm sitting in the Embassy, haha AKA My OFFICE! and I'm working on my sunday school plan and a sermon I have to write.
